The Registration Details Report is available within the Admin reports section, with profile information for all users in the event, focused on the form fields & privacy settings configured via Registration Builder.
The report will display the following user data. All custom field responses will appear in the scrolling area on the right side of the dashboard.

First Name |
The First Name of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.

Last Name |
The Last Name of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.
|
|
|
The Email Address of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.
|
|
Register Date |
This column reflects the date a user was created on the Event Cloud site. A user can be created through a user import, registering on the registration URL, manually added by an Admin user, or API.

|
Roles |
The Standard Event Cloud Roles assigned to each user will appear in this column. The Standard roles can be updated by Event Admin users in the Users section of the Event Cloud Site.

|
Custom Roles |
Custom roles can be created to customize privileges for specific Event Cloud users.
The Custom Event Cloud Roles assigned to each user will appear in this column. The Custom roles can be updated by Event Admin users in the Users section of the Event Cloud Site.

Attendee ID |
The Attendee ID is a unique set of characters for each User.
|

Is Opted Out |
This column is associated with a user’s selection their privacy settings.
True: The user has opted to receive supplemental emails. False: The user has opted out of receiving supplemental emails.

Profile Is Public |
This column is associated with a user’s selection their privacy settings.
True: The user has selected to show their profile in the Event Cloud site. False: The user has selected to not show their profile in the Event Cloud site.

|
Available For Meetings |
This column is associated with a user’s selection their privacy settings.
True: The user has selected to allow other users to invite them to Meetings in the Event Cloud site. False: The user has selected to not allow other users to invite them to Meetings in the Event Cloud site.

|
Is Available For Chat |
This column is associated with a user’s selection their privacy settings.
True: The user has selected to allow other users to send direct messages to them in the Event Cloud site. False: The user has selected to not allow other users to send direct messages to them in the Event Cloud site.

|
Share Schedule |
This column is associated with a user’s selection their privacy settings.
True: The user has selected to allow other users to view Sessions added to their schedule in the Event Cloud site. False: The user has selected to not allow other users to view Sessions added to their schedule in the Event Cloud site.

Exporting
To export data, select the Download button that appears on the top right corner. Confirm the report type you wish to export and click the Download button.
