Feature Issue
Mobile attendees do not receive private answers from questions they submit.

Steps to recreate

1. From a mobile device, launch any STUDIO webcast with STUDIO Q&A panel included in layout.
2. Ask a question from mobile device.
3. As an admin, launch presenter console and navigate to the Q&A panel.
4. Find the question the mobile attendee asked, answer the question, and mark as private then save.
5. Check to see that no answer appears in mobile attendee's Q&A panel.

Workaround
There's no current workaround for this.
