Sponsor & Expo: Virtual Sponsor Visit Detail Power BI Report

The Virtual Sponsor Visit Details Report lists attendee details for those who visited the sponsor booths.

Key Concept

This Admin report displays detailed information about visitors to Sponsor Pages

 

This report includes information that is not visible to individual Sponsors. If a participant clicks the Email me information button on the Sponsor Page, their information will be available on the Sponsor Attendee Lead Report

Please review the column descriptions in the table below:

Sponsor       

This column displays the name assigned to an Event Cloud Sponsor.

 

Attendee Name

The First and Last Name of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.

Email More Info

This column populates the Sponsor Email Me More Information selection per user.

 

Yes: The Attendee selected the Email Me More Information button in the Sponsor Booth on the Event Cloud site.

 

No: The Attendee did not select the Email Me More Information button in the Sponsor Booth on the Event Cloud site.

 

Email

The Email Address of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.

Attendee ID 

The Attendee ID is a unique set of characters for each User.

 

Company

The Company associated to the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.

Title

The job Title of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.

Roles

The Standard Event Cloud Roles assigned to each user will appear in this column. The Standard roles can be updated by Event Admin users in the Users section of the Event Cloud Site.

First Visit Date

This column reflects the date a user first accessed the Sponsor Booth.

 

Last Visit Date

This column reflects the date a user last accessed the Sponsor Booth.

 

Times Visited

This column reflects the total count of visits by an Event Cloud user (per Sponsor Booth).
