Meetings: Meetings Top Ten Power BI Report

The Meetings Top Ten Report lists the top ten most popular users who have the most meetings scheduled with other attendees. This also shows the top ten companies which had the most users requested a meeting with. At the bottom, it will display more detailed information about each meeting that contributed to the data.

Please review the column descriptions in the table below.

Meeting

This column populates the Meeting Type selected by the Requester when scheduling the Appointment.

 

Common Meeting Types include Peer to Peer, Sponsor, and Expert meetings.

 

Subject

This column populates the Meeting Subject. The subject is inputted by the Requester when scheduling the Appointment.

 

Status

This column populates the Meeting Approved, Pending, or Declined status.

 

Meeting Time

This column populates the Meeting date/time. The date/time is selected by the Requester when scheduling the Appointment.

 

Location

This column populates the MeetingLocation.

 

Virtual Events

Depending on the Event Cloud Meeting configuration, this field will display a URL inputted the Requester when scheduling the Appointment. For Meetings using our seamless, native video solution this field will be blank.

 

In Person

This field will reflect the physical event location name.

 

Room Capacity

This column populates the Meeting Room Capacity configured by the Event Cloud Admin when setting up Meeting parameters.

 

Requester Name

The full name of the user requesting the Meeting.

Requester Company

The company name of the user requesting the Meeting.

Participant Role

The Event Cloud role(s) associated to the user invited to the Meeting.

Participant Name

The full name of the user invited to the Meeting.

Participant Email

The email address of the user invited to the Meeting.

Invite Status

The invite status of the user invited to the Meeting (Accepted, Pending, Declined).

 

Checked In

This column displays the meeting participation per user.

 

Virtual Events

Yes: The user accepted the Meeting invite.

No: The user did not accept the Meeting invite.

 

In Person Events

Yes: The user checked in at the physical location.

No: The user did not check in at the physical location.

 

Expert Meeting Topic

This column displays the Expert Meeting Topics selected by the invitee when requesting an Expert Meeting.

 

For all other meeting types, this field will be blank.

 

Created

This column displays the date the meeting was requested on the Event Cloud Meetings page.

 

 

Additional Information

This column displays additional meeting data that was entered by the Meeting Requestor.
