The Staffing Schedule by Staff Report is only visible to Event Cloud Admins. It displays staffing schedules by staff and contains information about the staffer and their shifts.

Staff Name |
This column displays users names with the role of Staffer in the Event Cloud site.

The Email Address of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings. |

Staff Role |
The Event Cloud role(s) associated to each Staffer.
|
|
Assigned Workgroups |
This column reflects the name of the workgroup assigned to each Staffer.
|
|
Scheduled in Workgroup |
This column reflects the name of the workgroup where each Staffer has been allocated scheduled hours to complete activities.
|
|
Activity Title |
This column reflects the Activity Title, as inputted by an Event Cloud Admin when configuring the Staffing Workgroups.
If no Activity Title was added, this field will be blank.

|
Description |
This column populates the Description field, configured on the Activity page for each Activity.
