Scheduled in Workgroup |
This column reflects the name of the workgroup where each Staffer has been allocated scheduled hours to complete activities.

Date |
This column reflects the Date of the scheduled activity. |
Start Time |
This column populates the Start Time on the Activity page for each Activity.

End Time |
This column populates the End Time on the Activity page for each Activity.
|
Activity Title |
This column reflects the Activity Title, as inputted by an Event Cloud Admin when configuring the Staffing Workgroups.
If no Activity Title was added, this field will be blank.

Description |
This column populates the Description field, configured on the Activity page for each Activity. |
Location |
This column populates the StaffingLocation.
Virtual Events Depending on the Event Cloud Meeting configuration, this field will display a URL inputted the Requester when scheduling the Staffing Shift.
In Person This field will reflect the physical event location name.

Invite Status |
The invite status of the user invited to a Staffing Shift.
Sent: An invite to staff a shift has been sent to the user.
If no invite is sent, the field will be blank.

Decline Invite Response |
This column displays Declined Staffing invite requests. When a Staffing Invite Request is declined, the Staffing Workgroup name will appear in the Decline Invite Response field.
Hover over the Workgroup Name to view the full details of the declined Staffing shift.
If no shifts have been declined, this field will be blank. |
Staff Name |
This column displays users names with the role of Staffer in the Event Cloud site.

The Email Address of the Event Cloud site user. This field can be updated in Profile Settings.

Assigned Workgroups |
This column reflects the name of the workgroup assigned to each Staffer.
