Grader: Detailed Grading Power BI Report

Organized by Session, the Detailed Grading Report lists Grading question responses for each assigned session.

Who can view this report? This report is visible to all users with Event Cloud Admin role. As needed, access can be granted to the Grader & Track Owner roles too.

The Detailed Grading Report includes the following unique columns.

Session Type

Session Types can be general names such as "Breakout" for sessions and "Breaks" for meals, or they can be more detailed names like "Panel Discussion" or "Roundtable." The Session Type populates from the Session Details page.

 

Track

Tracks are used to organize sessions by topic or category. The Tracks field populates from the Session Details page.

 

Session ID

A unique identifier for each Session, accessible on the Session Details tab for each Session.

 

Title

The Session Title populates from the Session Details page.

 

Code

The Code populates from the Session Details page. If no Code is added, the column will be blank.

 

Avg Score

The average grading score per each Session. If a numerical value (Related Store Value) is not added in the Grading Questions configuration this field will be blank.

 

Speaker Name

The Speakers associated to the Session will appear in this column.

 

Reviewer

This column populates the name of the Reviewer (Grader) assigned to a Session.

 

Graded At

This column populates the date/time the Grader completed a review.

 

Total Score

The grading score per Grader for each Session. If a numerical value (Related Store Value) is not added in the Grading Questions configuration this field will be blank.

 

 

Enabling Grader/Track Owner Detailed Grading Report Access

  1. Access the site as an Event Cloud Admin.
  2. From the left navigation menu, select Event and click Setup Properties.
  3. Select the Event Options tab, from the upper right corner click Edit.
  4. Scroll to the Grading section, in the Grant Access to Grading Answers area select the tick box next to Grader and/or Track Owner.
  5. Select Save in the upper right corner to commit to the updates.

Once enabled, the Grader/Track Owner will be able to view the Detailed Grading Report in the Grader Portal.
