Feature Issue: EVENT CLOUD - Custom Typography isn't successfully uploaded and isn't displayed - DEVOPS #68647

In Event Cloud, some fonts in custom typography are not successfully uploaded and are not displayed in Schedule Builder and Registration Page.

 

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Go to Page Builder, click the Pages icon and then the Typography icon.
  2. Create a Custom Typography Option
  3. Choose ‘Upload my own font’
  4. Confirm the filename has been renamed if needed to have no hyphen, space, or underscore in it
  5. Upload a font to 'Header Font Family' and 'Body Font Family'. You will see that in the Font Preview area, the correct font is not displayed. Screenshot_2.png
  6. Check ‘I confirm I own a license for these fonts’ and click Save Typography Option.
  7. The success message will appear – click Finish.
  8. Open Schedule Builder to view the fonts on any page. You will see a default font is being displayed instead of your uploaded fonts.

Workaround:

Use a different uploaded font or choose a Google font.

 

Cause & Fix:

DevOps #68647 has been created and QA is testing to recreate the issue. Once testing is complete, Product Management will review for a release date assignment.
