Some users unable to access Studio Platform and Zendesk ticket submission site - June 21, 2022

We received reports of some users not being able to log into the Studio platform as well as not able to access the Solutions Team Ticket Submission website; Zendesk.
As of 2:20am CT, the platform and Zendesk submission sites became accessible for those users who were previously unable to access it.
