Feature Issue: STUDIO WEBCASTING - Metrics->Attendance 2.0->Total unique viewers showing incorrect values - TFS #12190

Feature Issue

A bug has been identified when reviewing an Attendance (attendance 2.0) report in Studio Webcasting.

The total unique viewers number shown is incorrect. If the same attendees login for viewing on demand, the total unique viewers count increases. The Unique Viewers number under the VIEWER COUNTS - Total in the same report is correct.

Steps to recreate:

1. Login to a webcast using different browsers (Eg:- logged in as 2 attendees).
2. As an admin user, launch the presenter console and run the webcast. After a few minutes end the webcast.
3. Change the webcast to an On-Demand state.
4. Log in as an attendee using the same email address as Step 1.
5. Navigate to studio reporting->Attendance 2.0->Total unique viewers showing incorrect values.
6. The Total Unique Viewers are shown as 4 but the report exported shows 2.

Workaround

The correct total Unique Viewers can be found by using the VIEWER COUNTS section in the Attendance 2.0 Report under UNIQUE VIEWERS. 

NOTE: The exported report is correct, the display of the Total Unique Viewers is the incorrect number.

Cause & Fix

TFS #12190 has been created and QA is testing to recreate the issue. Once testing is complete, Product Management will review for a release date assignment.
