The 'Virtual Sponsor Visit Details' report lists attendee details for those who visited the sponsor booths.
| Key Concept: This is an Admin report and gives detailed information about visitors to the sponsor pages. But their user information is not shared with the sponsors in their own Sponsor Reports unless that attendee clicked the button for “Email me information.” Remember, this report is full of information that is not visible to your individual sponsors. |
The report contains the following data about visitors to each sponsor’s page:
- Attendee Name
- Whether they selected “Email me” (Y/N)
- Attendee ID
- Email Address
- Company
- Title
- Role(s) in Event Cloud (such as Attendee, Speaker, and so on). Only standard roles are listed, not any custom roles.
- Number of times they viewed that sponsor’s page
