In Event Cloud, it is possible to request a meeting on behalf of someone else.
Scheduling a Meeting for Another Person
1. Navigate to the Staffing portal |

2. Click on Scheduling. | ![]() |
3. Click on Meeting Schedule. | ![]() |
4. Choose the name of the person for which you'd like to schedule a meeting and follow the row until you see the time you want. Hover the mouse over the block of time and click the add (+) sign: | ![]() |
5. Next, choose from the available Attendee Meeting Types (Note: Meeting Types are configured specifically for each event. Your options may look different than the options shown). | ![]() |
6. From there, fill out:

7. Finally, click on the Send Invite button when you're ready to send the invite to your participants. A confirmation window will pop up shortly after. | ![]() |
