Configuring Sponsor Types

As an Admin, you may want to set limits on how your sponsors can identify themselves. Event Cloud allows Admins to create a list of sponsor types and set a word limit to their company descriptions

1. Navigate to the Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal   
2. Click on Setup:  ClickSetup.png
3. Click Sponsor Types: ClickSponsorTypes.png
4. Click on the Add New Type button in the upper-right corner: Add_New_Type_Button.png
5. Enter a name for your company type. You can also enter a description limit. new_type.PNG
6. When you're finished, click Save. ClickSaveGrn.png

When you're finished, click Save.

 Note: Admins have the ability to add dashboards for specific company types. Refer to our article on Managing Messages/Dashboards for Sponsors & Exhibitors.
