Once you've uploaded your Sponsors/Exhibitor companies into Event Cloud, you can see which resources have been updated, edited, and even delete a resource by navigating to the company changes tab.
|1. Navigate to the Sponsor & Exhibitor Portal|
|2. Click on Companies|
|3. Click Company Changes|
|4. If you have selected company fields to require approval any fields that sponsors have updated will appear here with information about the file such as when it was updated and who updated it. You will need to approve the update by clicking approve or decline.|
|5. The Resources tab provides an overview of all company resources that have been uploaded. Here you can approve, deny or delete the resource if desired. You will see the file extension and resource type. You can use the search bar to narrow down the data by company.|
