As an admin, you have the option to customize your emails in Event Cloud. This is true for both custom and invite emails. One way to do that is by adding images.
Uploading Images to Event Cloud
To add images to your e-mail, you must first host the image in Event Cloud. To do this:
1. Navigate to the Admin portal. |

2. Click Event:

3. Click Resources:

4. Click on Event Resources tab and select Upload File:

5. Choose your file, enter a title, and select Upload:

Once you have uploaded the resource, you can find it in the event Event Resources list.
Next, select Download. This will open the image in a new tab. Copy the URL in the new tab as shown below, and keep it. This is the direct link to the file on Event Cloud's servers, and you will need this URL to insert the image into an e-mail.
Inserting an Image into an Email
Now that you have uploaded the image, you can insert it into your e-mail using our WYSIWYG editor.
To insert an image, navigate to the e-mail you wish to insert the image into. For more information on using our e-mail tools please see the following articles:

Once you have selected the e-mail you want to edit do the following:
1. Click the insert/edit image button | ![]() |
2. Copy the URL of the image that you saved earlier and paste it into the Source field: |

3. Select the dimensions of the image. We recommend setting the image to have a width no larger than 800px to display properly in an e-mail. We also recommend leaving Constrain Portions selected. Then click OK. | ![]() |
Your image should now be inserted into the e-mail and will display in the WYSIWYG editor.
