The RTMP page in Event Cloud will provide lots of helpful status messages. Here is a quick guide that will help you understand the meaning of each message.
Live, Not Connected: This means that the session is live to attendees but there is no video feed. The session is determined to be live by the timeslot or the Custom Time under the Video Player Display setting
To resolve this: Connect your video streaming platform like Zoom to the Event Cloud platform. |

Not Live, Not Connected: This means that the session has not started and the video streaming platform is not connected also. This means that the session is not live to attendees and there is no video streaming.
To resolve this: Either wait for the session to start or change the session timeslot time or Video Player Display Time setting. After this then make sure your video streaming platform is connected to the Event Cloud platform. See the Using Zoom Webinar section about how to connect zoom. |

Not Live, Connected: This means that the live streaming platform is connected and ready to go but the attendees are not seeing the video. This is because the session has not started yet.
To resolve this: Either wait for the session to start or change the session timeslot time or Video Player Display Time setting. |

Live, Connected: This means that the session is live and the video is being broadcasted to your attendees in Event Cloud! You are ready for showtime! |
