Session Time Slots

Your event's time slots consist of a label, clock, and calendar selection that is used for the event agenda and schedule. Time slots are used to let attendees know when a session is, and for virtual events, in conjunction with other scheduling features such as video or chat display.

Creating a New Time Slot

1. Navigate to the admin module
2. Select Time Slots timeslot.png
3. Select Session Time Slots seshtimeslot.png
4. From here, you can add your time slot's Label, Time Slot Start Date, Start Time, End Date, and End Time. We recommend writing a label that describes the date and time of your time slot. While it seems redundant, having these descriptive titles will be helpful once you add several time slots. mceclip0.png

Click Save when you're finished. As a reminder, you can view/edit your time slots at any time.

Assigning Time Slots (Inline Editing)

Once you've added a time slot, you can assign it to a session. This is a great preliminary step in putting your event's content into a tangible schedule. The easiest way to assign time slots to multiple sessions at once is via inline editing in the all sessions grid.

1. Navigate to the admin module
2. Select Sessions left_nav_sesh.png
3. Select All Sessions all_sesh.png
4. From the session grid, find the Time Slot column next to the session you wish to edit. If you can't see this column, don't worry - you may just need to adjust your Session Summary View Settings. inlinetime.png
5. When you click the time slot, a drop-down menu will show a list of the time slots you've created. Select the necessary time slot for that session and continue adding/editing time slots on that page as needed. inlinelsot.png

2. Select Sessions left_nav_sesh.png
3. Select All Sessions all_sesh.png
4. Filter for Session
