Tracks are used to organize sessions by topic or category. If you don't need multiple tracks, you can just create a "General" track for your sessions. Track is a required field to add a session.
Creating a Track
1. From the Admin portal, click on Tracks
|2. Select Add Tracks|
|3. From here, fill out all required fields and click Save when you're finished.|
A few notes:
- You must have a user with the role "Track Owner" in order to add them as an owner of a track. There can be multiple track owners in one track.
- The "Number of sessions" field can be an arbitrarily high number. It does not have to match the number of sessions you actually use it for; it just needs to be large enough for all of the sessions you wish to include in the track.
Editing a Track
|1. From the Admin portal, click on Tracks:|
|2. Select All Tracks:|
|3. Click on the title of the track you wish to edit and click Edit Details:|
|4. From there, make any adjustments needed and click Save.|
