How To Make Your Virtual Event Content On Demand

Setting Up All Content On Demand

To make all of your content available on-demand, you simply do not add session time slots to your sessions. When you are ready to make your content available, all that is needed is to publish your sessions.

1. Navigate to the admin portal
2. Select Sessions left_nav_sesh.png
3. Select All Sessions all_sesh.png
4. Filter for Session
5. Click the Session Details icon. Sesh_details.png
6. Leave Time Slot set to "Please select..." ondemand.png
7. Make sure the session is set to published publish.png

Please note that the schedule builder portal interface has a graphics header that displays session dates for scheduled sessions, as well as an On-Demand option for sessions without time slots as shown below. This is a useful way to sort between scheduled sessions and view sessions on specific dates.
