How to Enable Formatted Text for Sponsor Booths

Enabling The Formatted Text Option

One of the great things about Event Cloud is the ability to customize many aspects of the site. This includes sponsor booths! As an admin, you will need to enable the formatted text option for Sponsor & Expo users so that they will be able to write beautiful company descriptions for their pages.

1. Navigate to the Admin portal.
2. Click on Event:
3. Click Setup Properties:
4. Click on the Event Options tab:
5. From here, click the Edit button:
6. Under General you will find the setting to toggle on/off "Allow sponsor descriptions to have formatted text (bold, underline, etc)":
7. Click Save:

Now your sponsors will be able to create rich text Company Descriptions for their booths!
