Welcome to Event Cloud. For your convenience, and to help you learn how to use Event Cloud to its full potential, we have included training sessions in your new Event Cloud site. This article will show you how to navigate to and access those sessions.
Navigating to Schedule Builder and Accessing Sessions
After you accept your invitation into Event Cloud, you will be taken to the Admin module. To access your training sessions, you need to navigate into the Schedule Builder module.
|1. Click the drop-down arrow next to the word "Admin" in the top left corner of the page.|
|2. You will see a list of all the modules in Event Cloud. Please select "Schedule Builder" to navigate into the Schedule Builder module.|
|3. Now that you are in the Schedule Builder module, please select the "Sessions" page from the left-hand navigation menu.|
|4. Now that you are on the sessions page, please navigate to the "On-Demand" tab to view your training sessions.|
|5. To view a specific session, simply click on the session's title to enter the session details page.|
