Feature Issue:
Webcast video will not play for attendees watching on iPhone or iPad even after refreshing due to the Line break in the “Welcome Message” in the chat/Q&A panel.
- Create an IW Event.
- Go to the 9th Option “LAYOUT” > CUSTOMIZE.
- In the Welcome Message of the Q&A panel, include a second paragraph(considered as the Line Break)
4. Start the Webcast Live and try to view it in an iOS device with an attendee link.
5. The media does not play.
