Video does not play in Chrome for attendees, CMS url is required

Steps to recreate(detailed):

1. Create a sample VX Event

2. Under Host Spaces>Resource Center>Add a Video File
   

3. Access environment as an attendee in Chrome - Video does not play.

4. Access environment as an attendee in FF - Video plays as expected.

Workaround

Upload the video file in CMS under 'Space Video' option and use the link in ""Specify a website address (URL)".

Cause & Fix

TFS 10323 - QA is testing to recreate the issue. Once testing is complete, Product Management will review for a release date assignment.
