How to Remove Registration on Virtual Events Express (VEX)

In some cases, a Guestbook page is not needed for an event in Virtual Event Express. A few examples are if registration is not required to enter the event or if registration is being hosted on an external website.

To remove the Guestbook/Registration page, navigate to the Guestbook tab under Setup. Delete each field by clicking on each “X” on the right side.

Then, erase the Remember me section.  Switch your view to remember me.

Delete each field by clicking on each “X” on the right side.

Lastly, navigate to the Notifications tab under Setup and deactivate the Guestbook registration email.
