Question: Can I allow an attendee to change their custom password after registration?
Answer: Yes. It is possible to send attendees a password reset email to update their custom password. Be advised, this should only be done if registration and login require a password to submit the forms.
If your webcast only requires an email address for registration and login but does not require a password, DO NOT proceed with these steps.
- Enter existing standalone webcast from Studio Webcasting home page
- Select Tools > Users
- Enter the email address for the registrant and click SEARCH
- Select the user's name from the list
- Select the button under password to RESET AND SEND EMAIL to trigger a password reset and email the attendee with a link to reset their custom password
