Q: Can the 2-Factor Authorization email be resent to a Pending registrant?
A: Yes. The 2-Factor Authorization email can be resent if a user did not receive the email or accidentally deleted it before confirming their registration. Below are steps to resend the authorization email.
- Open Tools >> Registration Options >> Activity
- Search for the user's email address
- Confirm they are listed as Pending
- Select the user's name to open the Registration Edit menu
- Click the Resend Two-Factor Opt In Email button
- The alert below will appear confirming the authorization email has been sent to the registrant
