All event and space level documents that are not accessed for over 2 years will be permanently archived. The attachment listing of the document will remain and the file will be replaced with the verbiage "Document Removed Due to Inactivity". Reporting around the documents will still be accessible.
The clean-up process includes (but is not limited to):
- Host Space and Sponsor Space documents
- Documents in Resource Centers
- Documents in Web Folders
- Attachments in your briefcase that may have been saved
